These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the EnglishForest application (the “App”) provided by Amanta (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained the App.
An active subscription unlocks premium content within the App, including premium mini-game themes. Available premium content may change over time as the App is updated.
You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App except as permitted by law; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; or (c) attempt to circumvent purchase or licensing mechanisms.
The App and all related content, including graphics, audio, and software, are owned by Amanta or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amanta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
